My bf calls me his AA battery now I feel ya 😂😂
i started wearing push up bras and i’m not sure how or why but it seems like it started making my boobs kinda rise lol. Sort of makes sense with the muscles in boobs. my boobs were sore for a while though.
I don’t mean that you *should* be upset by them- but if you are upset - get a boob job- or I’m sure you could do some kind of exercise - I’m not the exercise type so can’t help - but you could try google
Rub olive oil (like the cooking one) on your boobs daily. It’s a holistic way of keeping them perky
Push up bras for sure :)
Pregnancy has been worse than nursing on my boobs. I breastfed my first for 3.5 years and am currently nursing my 18 month old. Once he self weans, I will get a lift and reduction.
Do you sleep on them? Or sleep without bra?? You can train them to sit up
There’s this product called volufiline that claims to increase fat cells and was designed for women to use on breasts. I can’t say how well it actually works but it’s not expensive. Also I’m sorry you’re feeling bad about this. I know the feeling you’re describing and it really sucks. I choose to believe that in an alternate universe deflated mom boobs are the peak of feminine beauty!
Exercise and weight loss helped my boobs perk back up
I think you can do a fat transfer to your boobs if you don't want straight up implants. I'd imagine it cost less to do also.
I'm so glad you all understand the question I was trying to ask but apparently never did lol
I like your drawing 🤗
Bras will actually make your boobs sag more. It prevents them from needing to use the muscles as much as going brakes is actually a little workout for your boobs. On the occasions that I need to wear a bra, I wear a perfect shape (either body by Victoria or incredible. The incredible has a super soft wide back strap and is super comfy.)
I feel it 🥲 I plan on getting a full mastectomy once I’m done having kids and just replacing it all w silicone 😅 mastectomy part bc breast cancer runs in my family (two men and every single woman except one who had uterine cancer instead 🥴)
