The advise is always given as 6 weeks due to the risk of infection from cervix still being open and placenta wound still healing. Everyone's preference as to what they decide but if before it's advised to use protection to reduce infection risks.

@Bethany i didn’t bleed heavily at all luckily but it finished completely around 2 weeks x
