I currently have low PAPP-A (didn't with my first) and so far baby is growing well (86th percentile at my 32-week scan) 😊 x
I have it! Baby has been 12th centile at 23 and 28 weeks. I’m hoping for a spurt at my 32 week scan next week!
Oooo yes, my first pregnancy and I was told at the beginning I had low papp a so I was prescribed Asprin to take daily and have been having extra growth scans.
I had low Papp-a. Growth scans varied each time. We went back and forth several times being told she was too small or that she was perfectly fine. In the end she was measuring a healthy size so the obstetrician said she didn’t need to see me anymore and I was able to give birth without obstetrician care 😊 my little girl was born at 41 weeks 7lbs 4oz.
Had low PAPP-A with 12 week scan, been taking aspirin ever since. And my last growth scan at 31 weeks she measured on 90th centile 😳 so she's growing just fine afaik (60th centile 2 weeks prior)
