C-sections??

5 weeks now, been on and off for the last week but waiting till my 6 week checkup before I even think about having sex again. This is my 2nd section and sex hurt a lot for the first few times after the last section, they do advise to wait at least 6 weeks.

I’ve stopped bleeding after 3 weeks just have the occasional bloody discharge now (4 weeks pp) xx

I remember with my first waited for the 6 weeks mark and it still hurt. It’s probably the furthest from my mind atm but I’m only 17 days pp. definitely will be waiting past the 6 week mark I think xx

I’m still bleeding nearly 6 weeks PP but I feel like it’s finally coming to an end. I had twins so I’m not sure if that’s caused more bleeding as with my first I only bled for 3 weeks and I had sex after 4. This time around I’ll probably wait another week or so due to a few infections I’ve had with my wound and for the fact I’m still bleeding x

Around 6 weeks

I waited around 10 weeks after first section. Will probably be closer to 3 months this time, as I've had an infection and slower recovery - had a mirena fitted during surgery.
