Congestion
My nearly 4 month old baby boy is congested to hell and has been for ages. We have the capol vapour plug in, use snuffle babe and have a snot sucker. However I don’t think my snot sucker is very good, what’s everyone else using sucker wise? Thanks.

We used children’s olbas oil on my baby’s muslins and dropped some on her moses basket mattress sheet and that seemed to work like magic
I use drops of olbas oil in a bowl, with really hot water and leave on little ones shelf in his room. Seems to work well for him, the plug in didnt do anything for our boy xx
We just use frida nose sucker with salt and water spray on nose

Don't forget a lot of congestion isn't actually snot but inflammation. That being said its hard work isn't it, and none if the snot suckers work that well. We had the olbas for children and just put dome on a muslin close to her cot, and that seemed to work OK. Hope that helps and little one is better soon x
