Pelvic Girdle Pain?

I believe that’s the correct term my crotch area is hurting soooooooo bad when I sleep. I’m sleeping with something in between my legs but still every time I turn it’s such a strong pain. I don’t remember it hurting THIS bad THIS early. I’m only 23 weeks. Anyone dealing or has dealt with this before and found something that helps 😖

Yes! It was that way with my first and I’m at that point again in this second pregnancy too 🤦🏻‍♀️ I can’t even open my legs to flip in bed anymore because it hurts so bad! I was told by my last doctor to prop myself up on some pillows and sleep on my back. Also sitting on an exercise ball during the day and doing light stretching helps too. There isn’t really much you can do to stop the pain other than make adjustments to how you’re moving your body and what position are resting in

Yes… I know exactly how you’re feeling. The only thing I have found that works is sleeping in a reclined position when it’s hurting bad. Its not every night for me

Yes the pain is real and no sitting or sleeping position makes it better. Someone advised me to take magnesium at bedtime and massages from hubby and it feels a-little better

Yes mine was so bad i couldn’t walk. I had to see a chiropractor. But eventually went away and i also stretch and take magnesium. Baths helps too

Yes! This usually means, your kiddo is kicking you down there or pushing on the cervix. Mine usually really flares up after walking for a while.
