Leg/hip achy pains

I had a seizure and have been told not to lay on my back. But now my right leg/hip/lower back is in constantly pain and is sooo achy to the point it’s uncomfortable all the time. What can I do? Paracetamol isn’t touching it and waiting for physio referral to come back.

I was like this after a seizure I got told to have physio (didn’t help) took a few weeks but got better. Try cocodamol xx

I'm having similar pains to in the groin area and whole legs struggle to stand after a little while. I just have hot baths and I can't cope with taking medication.

I could be completely wrong! But just a thought If you’re laying on your sides and not comfortable, maybe one of those u-shape pregnancy pillows might help?

I’m epileptic, after seizure’s I’m quite uncomfortable for a few days, if you prop your head and upper back up and pop a pillow underneath your knees it could help with the leg pain, I would say take cocodamol or codine and definitely dont have hot showers/baths!!! xx
