How do you make friends 😩 I’m so lonely and have like no friends. I’m 36 and my baby is 16 weeks tomorrow. We live in West Sussex

Mine is older but still happy to chat/meet!
Have you tried baby groups? There’s quite a few free ones (the library , church halls etc) or baby massage / sensory, I always end up chatting to other mums at those as it’s so easy to bond talking about the babies.
