Anyone else - bump dropped and vagina throbbing/burning

My bump has noticeably dropped in the last 2 days or so, I’ve been having on and off period cramping and now a deep throbbing/occasional burning and stinging sensation deep in my vagina (I presume close to my cervix). Different to lightning crotch although I have that too on and off! I imagine it’s all pretty normal due to pressure of baby’s head but wondered if anyone has is experiencing the same?

I noticed this last few days and struggling to move because of the pain and pressure but last week when I was scanned baby was breech so hoping she has moved and that's why I am getting these symptoms

I’ve got that exact feeling and still 4 weeks away from delivery! It’s agony!! My midwife said to take paracetamol if it’s unbearable - everytime I move it’s killing me

@Lizzie I’ve also got 4 weeks to go if he comes on time 😭🫣 it’s so hard at this late stage

@Lucy my little boy was also breech until last week and then suddenly flipped and this is when my bump dropped and all these new symptoms started!

I'm finding myself experiencing pains and pressures I never got with my first. For example even putting trousers on feel like something right there and hard ti bend but I had a growth scan today and she said baby is down and ber low down but was the same 3 weeks at that growth scan. Also got period cramps tonight and back ache. Feels more like a belly ache but I've been getting that for weeks now.

@Izzy so hard - I’ve kind of figured out it’s nothing external as it doesn’t hurt when I wipe or anything but when I go from sitting to standing and walking etc it must be the drip of the pressure as I stand but never felt anything like it
