What’s in lower left abdomen?

I keep getting what I call a body pain. Not really a pain but it keeps happening randomly if you know what I mean? Like noticeable making me think that’s never happened before. If it matters I’m 3 months PP

Lower left would be the pancreas but it could also just be your left ovary and different pains could be ocurring. Post partum it could be a UTI? Does it hurt when you pass urine? It could be your diet? Do you always get a pain on the left or can it move from side to side? Or does it come from the center of your belly? When did it start hurting? Had you just eaten? Have you done any stretching (more than usual, any new exercises for example? Heavy lifting?)

@Sophie no pain peeing and it started too day although I’m sore in my lower abdomen often I usually attribute it to my extremely weak bladder (diagnosed by a dr for that) I never have any pain that comes and goes but again this ain’t really a pain lol I wish I could explain better

Ok. Is it like a pulling pain or a heaviness. When does it hurt, not often? Now and again? Or when you are on the move? It may just be you getting back to normal. It is still very soon after having your baby. I used to get this ache every time I breastfed with all 3 of mine and I attributed it to my uterus contracting. Could it be like that? It could just be that you need to take it easy. Did you have a vaginal birth or c-section?
