How do you potty train a boy that won’t have nappy free time?🙈

maybe try him in pants? there’ll be lots of changing him but that way he’s not completely naked and he’ll get to understanding pants , did this with my daughter just had her in a tshirt and knickers and she got the hang of it , we’re in the middle of potty training and she doesn’t wear nappies during the day now

My little girl was the same when we started her last weekend, we did 3 days of bare bum training and every morning she would kick up a fuss at not wanting her nappy off. It took till about day 7 for her to stop resisting having her nappy off first thing. Now she doesn't resist and sits straight on the potty when she gets up

Have him in pull ups and take him to the toilet every so often (that's what pull ups were designed for). You don't need to do potty training using the naked bottom method. My daughter is ready but she won't use the toilet or potty so I'm leaving her for now x

My little boy was also funny about having nothing on, but the act of distraction seemed to work. I got so many crafts, paint a moneybox etc etc for the 2.5 days in the house. We tried training pants but he called them nappies, so I'd advise going straight to pants to avoid confusion.
