Routine

How do you manage working (from home), taking care of babe, and working out. I want to get on a routine but I’m so tired.

You just have to prioritize everything you want to do. Sometimes you won’t have the energy to do everything, everyday and that’s okay

I run every day on my lunch break

I can’t do it as much as I used to. I wake up at 5 to go to the gym three days a week (anymore than that and I am too exhausted to function at my job) and take a walk everyday with my baby. Do what you can!
