I had a c section, and I'm exactly the same. 3 months pp and on and off bleeding with brownish discharge. It's never a lot, though. I was silly at the start of my recovery and pushed myself too early. My daughter also kicks my belly a lot when feeding so I don't know if those things have something to do with it. I'm also breastfeeding x
C section mum here, still do have some brown discharge and sometimes bloody discharge..for me it is when i use a tummy wrap
6 months PP and exclusively breastfeeding, I had the same around 3 months PP lots of spotting and browny discharge sometimes even red. I went to the gp, the gp confirmed it's my period trying to find its way back but as breastfeeding it most likely won't return. I have since had no more spotting for the past two months. Whenever I decrease my pumping I start to spot again, I guess when you slowly wean your body off the breastfeeding your period will return.
I was the same a few weeks ago and now period has returned but rather light and my baby is 3 months today.
