But it went away today but I will definitely check it out with my dr
I'm dealing with this right now. Been going on since October 22nd, and I'm 28 weeks right now. I told my OB at my 28 week appointment and she diagnosed me with Varicose Veins in my vag. She said it VERY common during pregnancy especially if you have already had a kid. I have to buy a special brace to wear. Nothing you can do other than ice it and wear the brace if it is what you are dealing with.
Sounds like round ligament pain. I get that off and on but in the right side. If your OB doesn’t have you at physical therapy then it could really help. Our bodies aren’t even so we tend to have uneven tension. PT helps a lot with that. I also find pelvic elevation using a pillow or two makes a difference just by getting baby off your pelvic floor for 15-20 minutes. If laying this way makes you feel dizzy at all, add a rolled towel under the right hip and shoulder to prevent compression of the vena cava and aorta that supply blood to the lower extremities. Though the elevation itself should prevent this as well.
Hi 29 weeks here and was suffering two straight weeks with it, went to my chiropractor and he was able to pinpoint it, but only him can do that, trust me he is so good! It’s at Chiro today and his name is Amin, in North Liberty, it’s a walk in chiro, $30 flat rate and no need for BS x rays, I’m also an RN and I feel like he is the most knowledgeable guy. I’m saying all of that bc I had no faith that chiropractor could fix this pain, it was in my right groin and so so so so excruciating to walk, move on the bed and anything, as soon as he pinpoint the problem, I walked out of there another person. Please give it a try before you lose your mind, bc I was losing mine! If it works, please come back here to let me Know.
Me!! Been dealing with the same thing for two days
