Kuru shoes, I worked in a warehouse 12 hour shifts and they SAVED my back and feet. They’re a little expensive but completely worth it.
@Christine personally for me vans are most uncomfortable shoes🫢
My friend who’s a foot surgeon said that hokas are the best for long days of standing.
Hoka One One you can get them at REI, they are a bit pricey but they hold up. Used to work at amazon and that was like 12 hrs on my feet on concrete..
I just buy memory foam insoles and shove them in all my boots the ones that aren’t comfy. So I don’t have to rely on the shoe itself to be comfy
