I have a cocker spaniel that’s clearly unaware of personal space and he has jumped on my stomach a few times, but everything seems absolutely fine with baby!

I honestly wouldn't worry about it, my dog who is almost 15kg and my toddler who is 13kg jump on me all the time, my midwife told me not to worry about it as they're well protected in there. I'm sure your sausage dog won't have done any harm 😊 x

Im 18 weeks and I have 2 English bulldogs that still try to jump all over me, I’m sure you’ll be fine but try not to worry. If you feel any pain or anything unusual then get it checked x

@Dominika that’s made me feel better, it’s so worrying when they jump on your stomach

I’ve got a 60kg 1 year old cane corso, she basically thinks she’s the size of a sausage dog. She caught my stomach a couple weeks ago and I’m 17 week now, my baby is perfectly fine and healthy.. luckily 🤞🏼x

My cat runs on my belly when I’m on the sofa or sleeping, can’t stop the zoomies 😩😩😂

Honestly I wouldn’t worry too much - just keep an eye if you see anything unusual, or feel any pain. Even though baby is growing, they’re still safely tucked away at this stage! I have a toddler who has no care for the baby growing inside me and clambers all over me at all times 🫠🤣

Oh don’t worry my toddler bounces on mine, kicks me in the stomach regularly. It’s very well padded in there!

I’ve got two labs who think they are still small enough to be lap dogs. They’ve both laid on my stomach and stood on it and baby is healthy and growing how she should I’m sure everything will be fine
