I haven't been counting, I've just been taking note of his routine. I don't feel him much during the day, but I'm also working and not hyper aware of every movement. I feel him a lot in the evening. If I haven't felt him in a while, I'll rub my belly and change position, and I'll feel a little hand or foot movement.
I don’t specifically do kick counts, but I do pay attention to his routine and the times I find he’s most active as well, which is usually in the evening and when I go to bed.
My child treats me like a trampoline park so I definitely feel and see him a lot
Well,I don't count kicks because I feel them enough during the day especially when I cook or lay down.Mostly and strongly do I feel is after candies or some soup
@Ashley this app has been really helpful, thanks!
@Jaleesa at least that’s reassuring 😂
@M.J my obgyn tells me that sometimes he/she can move very slightly so u may not feel very strongly or may have lot of space inside so kicks are felt less strong
@Jaleesa lol I thought mine was the only one!
With this baby it hasn’t been much of an issue since my placenta is on the back and you can feel much more. With my first though it was the same as you and some days I barely felt him move at all. I would drink two glasses of ice water or a glass of apple juice and that usually did the trick. I just found this app last night and thought it was pretty helpful to get an idea of their routine https://apps.apple.com/us/app/count-the-kicks/id844800332
