Electrolyte beverage first thing in the morning. I drink hydralyte and it really helps. 🙂
@Nadeen ahhh fair one, I will look at the foods I might need to avoid, I haven't tried that. My iron levels seem to be fine too. I spoke to the midwife about it and she said I may need to discuss it with my doctor.

I am having the same issue. Collapsed twice. Honestly, ive just been making sure i eat regularly, rest properly (exhaustion seems to trigger it), i also read there are some foods to eat/avoid that affect your blood pressure. Id look at a list of those. Apparently this is a common symptom in the second trimester but goes away after birth. I also double checked with my OB to make sure there wasn’t anything else i need to be doing, they tested my iron levels and they were low, have you let your healthcare provider know? They might ask you to do some tests also Hoping it all works out and gets better for you 🙏🏻
