Bleeding early pregnancy

Anyone have some bleeding/spotting at 5 weeks and go on to have a healthy pregnancy. Five weeks today and starting spotting. A few people I’ve talked to said it’s normal and i have an appt tomorrow with my OB but would love some feedback in the meantime. Thanks!

Yep. I did. I gave birth a month ago.

I was very worried but everything turned out fine!

Yes it's very normal 😊. Unless you're pouring blood bleeding bright red and cramping don't be too worried.

Yes at 5w4d and then it stopped. Baby is fine and hasn’t happened since. 10w now.

Yes it’s normal, just keep an eye out on how much and the color. As long as it doesn’t get really heavy and bright red. Hopefully it’ll all be ok! Don’t stress, I bled I think with all my pregnancies and only had one loss. Just to be safe, take it easy. Rest your legs and don’t stress ❤️

I passed a blood clot at 9 weeks and I'm 28 weeks now. She's been healthy this whole time.

Thank you so much! This definitely makes me feel better.

I bled every month with my 2nd pregnancy and even had all the signs of preterm labor a few times but went on to deliver at 38 weeks when my water broke. She's now 11

I don’t want to stress you out but both times I had spotting at this time it ended up being a miscarriage. I was told by my midwife NO amount of spotting is “normal” until you’ve had that first viability ultrasound. I waited until 10 weeks to receive the devastating news as all the doctors told me it was “normal”, so please advocate for yourself and get one done between 6-7 weeks where they can check for a heartbeat.

@lauren im so sorry. Thank you for being honest and sharing your experience

Me. I had a subchorionic hemorrhage. Basically an abrasion caused by implantation. Bleeding here and there from about 5 weeks until 16 weeks. He is now 21 months. Messages are open for you

@Miranda i also had this with my 3rd pregnancy and believe this was the cause of losing my daughter's twin at 6 weeks, the embryo never properly implemented. My surviving twin will be 2 in January

I've had bleeding with all 3 of my pregnancies at the 6 week mark. 2 were healthy and one ended in a loss. As long as its not a lot and it doesn't get heavier you should be OK. However for peace of mind I had early scans with all of mine due to the bleeding x

I had this too my baby is now a happy and healthy one year old and my pregnancy was otherwise uncomplicated

I bled really heavily around 7 weeks but somehow baby was fine. Now 38+9
