Tenderness down under

I’m 33 weeks and 4 days pregnant and am experiencing tender muscles in my pelvic floor or basically the whole crotch area and walking kind of hurts. Anyone else experiencing this?

I’m also 33w 4d and have been feeling this way for weeks now 🥲

Yes but it’s not consistent. I’ve also started to feel some light cramping. I was going to ask my doctor this week about all of that. I’m assuming it’s my body getting ready.

We have same due date 📅 I think, Jan 2nd '25 I experience pain when I sit in bathroom it's just gets tender or when I walk sometimes it just feels like so much weight for my ligaments 🥲🥴😳 It's such a hard WORK growing a whole human! 😱😓🤡 😫

👋👋👋 been feeling this for a little over a week maybe two. I just had an appt today with my midwife and she confirmed my baby girl’s dropped and her head is sitting low in my pelvis. She’s gearing to come out, I don’t have the heart to tell her yet that she’s not coming out that way! 😂 (scheduled c section for 12/6. Original due date 1/3)

Sane here, for a few weeks now. At least the lighting crotch is fleeting but my inner thighs are in pain all day long. Like tight sore muscles. Unfortunately stretching hasn’t been helping that area either

Yes, feeling this and just praying things go back normal after this baby is born

I feel the exact same. The transition from sitting for longer than 30 mins to standing is the most debilitating. I can barely move. Once I start walking around it gets better but still feel that soreness on my inner thigh. Deep squats help temporarily. Also see the chiropractor helps for a couple days. I also take nightly epsom salt baths. When I miss my epsom salt soak I feel it more the next day. I feel fine if I’m laying down or constantly walking around. No in between. I’m due 1/7. 33 weeks but my baby is still breech. I’ve had more cramping lately too.

i’m 33 weeks alstarted experiencing similar pain. you can youtube exercises to help with pelvic girdle pain or pelvic symphysis dysfunction. and it can help considerably. if you’re able to definitely go see a pelvic floor PT, i went to one today to help
