I dont have pain, but if i bend over too long, my legs start to go numb. Im thinking a nerve got damaged in my mid/lower back from my spinal.
Mine was muscular as all the muscles tense up. I am in the UK and I saw a physio who massaged all the muscles and released them and I could sit and move comfortably. It took about three sessions for the muscles to fully relax.
I am 4weeks post c-section and have been suffering with bad back pain also, I had pain killers but they don’t work. I went to the Drs & they told me It sounds like sciatica and I’ve been told to do stretches. It’s gone a lot better but still painful! Also no idea if it is sciatica or something to do with the epidural
I’ve had back pain from ever since my first c section in 2023. And I have a constant ache right where they injected the epidural 🫠 I’ve accepted this is my life now
My 1st in 2022 I had the worst bad back after my C-section, finally eased off after about a year & half. Then I had another C-section back in July this year and it wasn’t too bad, I do still get the odd twinge and ache, and when I do it hurts so much. Mainly when I’m stood or leant over in a certain way, like changing baby on the bed sets it off. It’s just a very common thing with csections to have a bad back
