Anyone have fondue?

I've only ever had it at home but I'm obsessed with cheddar cheese fondue and I love to dip broccoli!! 🥦 🧀

Chocolate and strawberries 🙈 so basic but sooo good lol

@FairyMother I just bought a fondue maker for home I’ve only tested it with oil and meats. I want to experiment with more. How do you make your cheddar cheese sauce?

Swiss cheese or chocolate fondue at home 🫶🏻

for certain occasions i make my own spin of french or swiss fondue with chocolate fondue as dessert. i dip homemade baguettes, homemade garlic bread, soft pretzels roasted vegetables, sausages, steak, and roasted potato, or sometimes even different cheeses like cheddar so we can elevate the flavor with expensive/classy fondue cheese. for chocolate fondue dessert i do strawberries, homemade soft pretzels, other types of chocolate lol, raspberries, and banana etc

I love it lol cheese on the meats or chocolate on the fruits I like the white chocolate

You don't need to follow a recipe, it just needs cheese and add a bit of white wine and garlic to taste. Not much, otherwise it is overwhelming.

@Aryyy white chocolate sounds delicious, how do you do that?

I assume the white wine would cook out the alcohol in that amount of time, correct?

@Tiffany Gomez ♌️ white chocolate is easy to make from scratch, mostly need to get your hands on cocoa butter and yes white wine gets cooked so you can’t get drunk if you eat the fondue, it’s just for flavor
