Baby dropped ( in belly)

Anyone else just about to hit 30 weeks or have hit 30 weeks and have found that baby has dropped decently far down and are getting more round ligament pain and lightening crotch when baby moves?? Baby used to be high up into my ribs and my bump took my ribs over ( picture in comments) but now my bump is so low and the pressure on my ribs is completely gone. My son didnt drop till 35 ish weeks and came at 37

I’m just over 30 weeks and can’t definitely feel and see baby sitting lower. I can feel her on my bladder quite often and do think my bump is pretty low! This is my first so is my only experience 😬 X

2nd time round and it still confuses me every pregnancy is so different

Been feeling this and getting really bad lower back pain😬 only 30+4 so I hope someone isn’t planning on making an early entrance

Mine kind of flicks between low and high, sometimes she’s sat really high under my ribs and it’s quite painful, then some days she is low and I can feel her on my bladder and get round ligament pains while walking. I think it depends what positions I sit/lie in through the day and how much I stand / walk upright lol

My baby has been sitting low, head down close to the badder and cervix. This was seen on a growth scan at 28 weeks, completely normal. Nothing to worry about unless you have other symptoms like bleeding, water release etc.

Im having twins and baby girl 1 has been head down and low for months now. But I’ve noticed the other baby girl has turned and head that way too! (I’m almost 30 weeks). I asked my midwife about lightening crotch and suggested a pregnancy belt for short periods to eleviate the pain!

@Em thankyou, this little lady must have good aim on her shes managing to punch or wiggle on my round ligament or give me lightening crotch

I'm 30 weeks tomorrow and my bump suddenly feels very heavy and uncomfortable especially down below, lots of pressure!

I dropped really early with my son, and my waters went 36 weeks!

@Em i dropped at 35 with my son he was born 37 weeks

I dropped at 29 weeks this pregnancy and had a growth scan at 30 weeks and baby’s head was that far engaged they couldn’t measure the head. Previous pregnancy I didn’t drop till 36 weeks

@Laura are the genders different this time if you don’t mind me asking? I have 2 girls and they were quite similar with the second one being born a week earlier and weighed slightly less but this one is so different. Did they say that baby could come soon because you were that far engaged?
