Hi! First of all congratulations! I’m nearly 12 weeks and still struggling with nausea, had really bad vomiting had to be hospitalised but I’m getting better, it may be worth speaking to your DR as I have been prescribed medication, it does help but I still struggle day to day, I do find that when I eat I feel a bit better I know it’s so hard to eat/ drink when you feel sick but you have to power through! Have something like plain digestives, mini chedders, crackers something plain and make sure you drink plenty, and get as much rest as you need, feel free to to message me! X

@Millie thank you! congratulations to you to! i’ve been to the doctors but because im keeping things down and havnt actually thrown up they won’t give me anything, but i feel awful today and yesterday ive been wreching nearly being sick and i just struggling to eat anything as i feel so poorly, im finding it hard to rest as my toddler doesn’t nap anymore in the day but she does get up a bit later but she’s a good girl so im thankful for that but me and my partner keep arguing over things as im struggling to keep ontop of the house work (my house is not dirty just a bit messy with toys but my partner HATES mess as he grew up in an extremely messy household) it seems to be getting harder and harder everyday but has helped ranting 😂 thank you! xx

I love a good rant 😂 poor you, it is horrible, I’m not being sick as much as I used to be but nausea it’s awful! My husband keeps getting annoyed at me cause I go into ‘the pit’ where I just don’t move, don’t eat etc but it’s so hard to eat and drink when you gr sick! Men don’t get it. You’re doing so well, we’re growing humans it’s bloody hard work. I find myself wrenching too it’s so odd like I’ll go for a wee and do it, or I’ll be on a dog walk and just gag, very glamorous😂 just need to tell your partner he has to step up, my husband has been doing literally everything round the house but it’s the least he can do lol. X

@Millie my partner is the same the past couple of days i think he’s actually been able to see how much i am really struggling so has helped a but more but still is getting a bit funny at times, thank you i feel a bit better now. it is extremely hard, i had sickness and actually being sick till around 20 weeks i think it was with my daughter so im just hoping it is going to get better. i seen the baby and the heart beat yesterday so i think that has helped like i know there in there and i can look at the picture xx
