Yes probably my daughter gets this style of poop and really bad nappy rashes when she’s teething. Her molars are coming through and she’s been teething for 2+ months now 🥲

It very well could be. Make sure to keep him freshly changed as poops like this could easily give him diaper rash

My little one gets really acidic smelling poos when he’s teething, they literally smell like vinegar🤢

Yes my daughter poops look like this while her teeth are coming in then goes back to regular after it pops through and the pain is gone
