Leaking urine

Embarrassing to say but yes. Not every time but sometimes if I already sort of need the loo. Apparently it's because I didn't do my pelvic floors enough before or since giving birth 😳

Yup, I’m 38 weeks with my first and I seem to be going to the loo with my underwear a tiny bit wet.

Embarrassing but yes. Since having my daughter I feel like I have to cross my legs lol when I sneeze 🤣

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and I'm changing my pants and trousers all the time 😂😂

Sneezing was mine I had to cross my legs and squeeze just remember to keep doing ur pelvic floors
