Teething poos?
I've been seeing alot of posts lately about the amount of poos and teething. What's the correlation ? Can anyone enlighten me as I am clueless

Very runny poos when teething especially if they’ve been given nurofen/calpol
Because they get mega dribbly they swallow a lot of mucus/ saliva it makes them have runny / mucous poo and a lot of it. It also tends to be more acidic so can often cause nappy rash
