Yep - it switched here too. Plus a tooth is coming in. 😮💨
Yes! I think I figured it out for mine - the temperature dropped significantly and so I had to add some layers for bedtime. The past 3 nights have been significantly improved - she's back to sleeping at least 5-6 hours before she wakes up a couple times. We had gone from that to 5+ wakings per night in the last 2 weeks and i was going crazy trying to figure it out lol. She was typically sleeping just in a footie pajama or a short sleeve bodysuit and sleepsack. Our room was 70-72 at night. But I realized with the season change we are now at about 62-64 at night. Now I put her in a short sleeve bodysuit + long sleeve footless pj + socks + 1.0 TOG sleepsack. Both clothing layers are cotton so if you have a thicker sleepsack, adjust accordingly. Might not be your issue but worth looking into!
Currently trapped under my kid for the last 2 hours. 0/4 trying to put her down in her crib. She hasn’t given me this hard of a time in a while, I’m hoping it’s a tooth and she’s not getting sick.
Probably a regression (and totally normal) — they start to realize they can be apart from you and may have a bit of separation anxiety! They just want to make sure we are still there. 🫂 If it’s a temperature thing like others suggested I HIGHLY recommend a woolino. It’s merino wool which helps regulate their body temp whether it’s hot or cold.
Mine is at that point
