@Deb I just googled it and it sounds like that. I have an appointment on the 12th with my midwife I’ll speak to her about it thanks lovely. Just so painful never had pain like this before xx
It's horrible, I've had it on and off since 2013. You'll learn what triggers it. I find moving too quickly at a certain angle or sitting on the floor for too long triggers mine. (I work in nurseries and have an almost 11 month old at home) Sometimes, just walking or being on my feet for too long irritates it as well. They can suggest physio, but I've never gone down that route as I don't drive. Buses stress me out, lol. X
Could be sciatica, even though it's normally on the right side it can be on the left as well. Advice i was given was lay on the opposite side. Of course talking to your Dr or GP for reassurance is always a good idea xx
