Nausea conditional on time of day and position?

I find that my nausea happens roughly between 12-7pm each day but usually an hour after I eat for the first time that day, feels totally fine when I wake up and before breakfast. I get a bit of relief when I eat mid afternoon but then start feeling nauseous again after food has gone down an hour later. It also gets worse if I think about feeling/being sick and if I'm sat down or if my trousers are tight (even loose leggings are affecting it though and I'm having to roll them down). Anyone else got weird nausea like this? With my first it was only nauseous after eating but like the nausea you get as if you ate too much, even if I'd only had an apple.

I’m exactly the same!! Fine in the morning but shortly after breakfast it starts a bit, but gets worse throughout the day! By the evening it’s horrible and I’m asleep by 8 to get away from it! The thought of even eating makes me nauseous! But when I do eat it’s fine and afterwards kicks in with a horrible taste in my mouth! I’m so picky with food at the min too🤢 this is also my second and didn’t have this with him! X

Mine kicks in around 4.30pm. I'm hoping it stays that way as it's usually when I get home from work.

@Bethany how odd! I always hear people saying food helps their nausea but it's like opposite for me, when I'm hungry I don't feel nauseous so it's like a relief to feel hungry and I almost want it to stay that way 😅 same here thought of eating makes me nauseous but fine when actually eating!! X

@Lou oh that's lucky in a way, does it tend to stay all evening for you or go away when you lie down etc?

Exactly the same! And similar to my first as well!!

My nausea is so weird it’s like I’m starving and my stomach is empty so I gag now and again.. even though I eat all the time!

@Sophie it stays for a few hours, I have my tea, and feel better. Just need to sit and relax a bit. Which is hard with a 2 year old
