Yes I had this too! Pelvic floor was hit big time more so in the behind passage, when went to physio for this she found that area much weaker. It helped and didn’t expect this with c section. Pelvic floor is important to help it. Ten months post partum and things are improved but definitely pelvic floor requires work. Women’s health physio is a good place to help with this issue; but things will improve. But definitely no 2s have been much different ever since. Odd.
Pelvic floor therapy can really help you with this. Definitely speak to your doctor about the too!
I could be IBS my pregnancy triggered mine and unfortunately it’s continued after also 🤦🏼♀️ I would go speak to GP they may ask you to do stool sample to rule anything more serious out - also pelvic floor exercises/ physio has helped me
My IBS has come back since my section! Not had it for about 10 years and now I’m back to having a dodgy stomach after almost every meal 😭
Pregnancy can trigger autoimmune conditions. Chronic, coeliac, IBS etc... I'd book an appointment with the drs
