Free or cheap things to do?

Just wondering if there’s anything free or cheap to do with a new born? She’ll be 4 weeks old when dad is back at work. So wondering how we can keep busy after that 🥰

My local children’s centre has a sensory room, anyone is welcome to go. You normally get a 40 minute slot to yourself. Can do it right from newborn to any age. Also my local library puts things on sometimes. Worth a check in your area. Both free 🥰

@Lauren is this Cheltenham?

The play farm soft play in Cheltenham has a baby sensory room, think it's £6 and includes a drink, you can stay as long as you want If you're near to Dunalley Primary school they have a baby group on Wednesdays 1:45-3pm, £1 and there's usually cake and tea/coffee I think the children's library in Cheltenham does bounce and rhyme on Wednesdays (free)

@Carys no I’m Liverpool sorry. I checked out google.. hopefully close to you..

The Gloucestershire Breastfeeding Support Network run drop in sessions on Tuesday and Friday. Cakes and drink included, it’s free but they do rely on donations. Nurturing Beginnings do lots of classes that are reasonably priced, including a postnatal meet up on Fridays 11.30-1.30, it’s £5 and you get a drink and yummy brownie!
