Not me but I've seen lots of medical staff do on shifts, so 3x 12 hours. If you have a partner who could pick up your kid from childcare on those days that could work.

I work in the NHS - I work 8-5 so it fitted around nursery (my kids are at school now). You could get a job in admin - they’re often flexible working

I work at a university. They do flexi hours. So I was able to request 8-3 3 days a week. My daughter goes to nursery 7.30-5. You could look at work in schools, retail?
