Induce labor naturally

My due date is 11/22, still no sign of labor. Any thoughts on things I can try to induce labor naturally. Don’t want to go pitocin route Anyone else in same bucket

Stay hydrated!! Your body will not go into labour naturally if you’re dehydrated. Keep moving. A yoga ball is great for this but I didn’t have this so I went for plenty of walks, sitting on the edge of the sofa or bed and bounced.

Side steps up and down stairs!!!

Cleaned the house top to bottom! Xx

A long walk did the trick for me

Honestly nipple stimulation and sex/clitoral stimulation will get your hormones going x

@Henna Me too!! I walked home after dropping off my car. The walk the usually takes 30mins took me an hour to get home. 🤣

I’m due 11/23 and I’m in the same boat! Just wanted to say you aren’t alone!!

I went swimming like I wasn't pregnant, doing laps going down in the deep end bottom and then doing more laps, had fun with hubby and not have him pull out (his ingredient causes relaxation to the cervix) did pumping for colostrum freezer storage the next day 9 hours later labor started with having no signs previously

Lots of curb walking and miles circuit did the trick for me to get my little one into position and start labour

The day I went into labor (40wks+5) I went shopping for some self care things to make myself happy (was having a hard day emotionally) latte, New outfit, body lotions, auntie Anne’s pretzels. Walked around the mall for a couple hours. People kept saying things like “you’re going to go into labor!” And “is anyone with you??!!” I went home bounced on my yoga ball for a little and went to bed early. Woke up around 1:30am from my water breaking and contractions started right after. So treat yourself, walk, bounce lol that’s what I did.

Don’t have baths it prolongs it! Xxx
