0 I know I should but I don’t have the energy. When I get a few minutes to myself, I want to do nothing
I do yoga once a week, go for walks most days (even if it’s shopping), other days I go to baby groups, and then on days I don’t do much I suppose lifting my baby and cleaning the house counts! I think every parent should remember that (if they feel guilty for not doing enough for their body, since they do plenty for their littles)
I go for a walk for at least half an hour to an hour every day. I developed varicose veins during pregnancy and then got treatment for them pp. Part of the treatment is to walk for 30mins each day to reduce the risk of clots. The habit stuck and now I feel drained if I don't go. My daughter loves the daily stroller walk.
I make sure I’m in my aerial classes at least twice a week. In between I’m always doing something, walking on my breaks, stretching and yoga, pushups, pull ups, free weights. Anything to keep me mobile for less fatigue when I fly. The physical payoff is good but more mental than anything. I’m aggressive when I have no physical activity.
Lately I try to do two one hour pretty intense / steep hikes and I have a boot camp workout class once a week . So three times weekly for an hour at least
Hardly ever now but planning on picking it back up after I give birth
I’ve been trying to do 30 mins workout before picking my son up from daycare 2 X a week and then on the weekends we go in walks, or use the jogger stroller for a run or have husband watch my LO while I work out
everyday, even if for a bit i think it’s important
I go to the gym 4 times a week
Every second day squats and home dumbbells. I go salsa dancing twice a week one is a structured paid lesson and Friday nights is a free social held at a club. Which is also my breaks/night out
Just restarted my workout program today, I'm 11 month pp and I ended up breastfeeding while doing my squats 🥲
i promise my hubby every other day that i will start doing it coz my back hurts so much but it’s too hard to find time.
