Baby's Hospital Bag

Baby was measuring 10lbs on Tuesday and I'm being induced on Friday. What size sleep suits and nappies should I pack. I know they say give or take 10% each way but I think she's still going to be a big baby

Probably mostly 0-3 as mine say from 10lb maybe take a couple of 0-1 just incase if you have them already? They’re from 7lb though so may be tight if she is bigger xx

My boy was 9lb and newborn 0-1 month came up big! Had this lovely outfit from Morrisons for 7.5lb was gutted that it wasn’t gonna fit, well it fit him perfect!! Xx

@Amy on the flip side my 8lb 1oz daughter only just fits in newborn and the 0-3 month fit fine (obviously with growing room). Guess it depends if they're tall or chunky?

My whole pregnancy baby was measuring big up until 38 weeks where apparently they haven't grown. We were expecting a 9lb baby. Last scan was estimated around 7lb 14oz a few days ago. But feeling tummy baby feels massive, midwives are all saying the same thing so think baby is going to be very very long. I've been in since yesterday being induced but I have brought 3 x newborn, 3 x up to one month and 4 x 0-3 months. Didn't bother with newborn coming home outfit.

My 7lb 1oz boy fits in tiny baby and newborn he is 49cm. I'd say pack newborn size and up to 1 month size.

Mine was 8lb 2 and long, he went straight into 0-3m, the newborn/first size stuff was too short for him

My boy born 13th - weighing 9pounds 3. 56 cm long. newborn doesn’t fit him at all. 0-3 months is all fine. Depending on which shop we got stuff from some are a wee bit bigger. A couple of the 0-1 months fit but I think he will only get a few weeks wear out of them.

My baby was predicted 9lbs 8, when he came out he was 9lbs 11 and was fitting newborn / first size - he’s 9lbs 13 now and his 0-3 is too big. Take a couple of different sizes, the newborn nappies will be fine though x
