Naturally induce labour

I did the miles circuit and went into labour the next morning at 5am and had my son at 8am with one push in the birthing pool ☺️ highly recommend. X

I had a sweep Thursday lunchtime, had cramps after but nothing by Saturday & was convinced it didnt work. Went out for the day Saturday with mum & sis, distracted myself all day & walked loadss, had curry for dinner (although not spicy) - waters broke that night😂🤷🏼‍♀️ I think mostly it’ll just happen when your body’s ready though!
