How long did it take for your baby’s birth certificate to come ?

About a month. I was getting anxious waiting on it as well
2 weeks. I sent in the form a day or two after she was born
Mine took a week
I work in L&D, it can take up to 6 weeks to receive the birth certificate. If it has been longer than 6 weeks you need to contact the hospital where you delivered and/or the DOH. I got my daughter’s in less than a week, but that’s not typical. Most get it somewhere around a month after the baby was born.
