C-section back and hip pain

I had a c section in July that went perfectly no issues at all and I was out the next day however a couple weeks after having her I started getting really bad back pain in my lower back and hips during the night and it’s keeping me up every night. It doesn’t seem to matter what position I go into it constantly hurts but during the day it’s completely fine. I’ve been to the doctor and they prescribed me with stronger painkillers however they didn’t even seem to help, I’m barely getting any sleep between my back and getting up with my little one and it’s really starting to affect me now, has anyone else experienced anything similar or know anything about it?
