My baby girl is 2 months and 2 weeks now and I put her on a sleep schedule since her first month and she sleeps through the night only wakes up once around 6am for a feed! I honestly just tire her out throughout her wake periods lol
@Ninii how did you do that?
My 16 month old still doesn’t sleep through the night. Some kids just don’t until they’re older and that’s perfectly normal and okay (:
My baby will be 3 months on the first and he only wakes up twice! He takes 3 short naps throughout the day (no more than an hour) and one long nap (2.5hea max). He will go to sleep between 11pm-12am, wake up to eat around 6/7 and go back to sleep for about an hour or two. Download an app called huckleberry. I’ve heard a lot of good reviews.
Girl, my oct. ‘22 baby still doesn’t, so don’t ask me! 🤪
@Benedetta we would take her out on little adventures during the day to stimulate her and when we got home we'd change her diaper, warm bottle, some baby music, and rocked her to sleep and she'd be out like a light
@Benedetta + keep them extra warm! if she seemed like she was going to wake up at any point we'd put her bobo in her mouth and pat her back
@Ninii I always wonder how warm I need to keep her!
@Benedetta well my house is always at 74 degrees and we keep our room fan on so it gets pretty cold, we put her in a onesie and wrap her up in a light blanket! as long as their hands and feet are covered up they're warm
My dude does one wake at 9 weeks. Around 3-4am and then we’re up for the day at 6am (5-6hour stretch followed by a 2-3 hour stretch) Honestly all we did was not touch him when he first fusses and give him a second to see if he’s actually awake. Doing this has allowed him to extend his sleep bc sometimes he just fusses for a minute and then settles. Also if he keeps fussing but sleeps as soon as he’s picked up I’ll rock him to let him continue sleeping until he wakes up for real. I saw someone above mention huckleberry. I am using it to track sleep and feeds. Their sweet spot recommendation for naps has been honestly spot on. I’m not a rigid schedule type momma so it’s more just good to know but I follow his cues and it’s lined up well and helped me know how much sleep he gets in a 24 hr period
Once his dr gave me the okay for him to sleep for however long he likes at night I can usually get him to sleep for 4 hrs at a time. On a good night lol. I have a little bedtime routine that helps. After his last nap from 5/6-7/8 we do play time for about 30 mins to an hour to keep him up get him tired. Then bath then feed him a bigger portion if it’s bottle then like 5oz if it’s boob then I offer both sides then I get him to sleep and play some soft lullaby music. As long as he doesn’t get disturbed I usually can get a good couple. Hours. try to avoid a long nap at night
I have 2-3 wakes at 9 weeks. He gets a really good longer stretch up to 6 hours (usually closer to 4) and then 1-2 smaller stretches of 2-3 hours usually.
At 2.5 years old 😅
From 4 weeks my LG has slept 10pm-7am x

Following!
She’s 10 weeks today but at around 7 weeks she goes to bed at around 8-9 gets up at 2 for her first feed then immediately goes to sleep and then up at 5 for another feed then goes to sleep then awake for the day by 7:30
My first started sleeping 6+ hours straight around 6 weeks. My almost 3 month old little monkey still wakes up 2-3 times a night. Sometimes giving him an extra bottle before bed (he’s mostly breastfed) will get him to sleep longer, but then he takes a long time to go back to sleep after his first wake up. Sleep sucks right now 🙈
@Benedetta I’ve always had a routine of bedroom with her around 8pm and then cuddle with lights dim. Then change and dream feed and swaddle at 10pm. She just started sleeping through from 4 weeks. I don’t think it’s anything I’m doing, just the sort of baby she is. She’s a velcro in the day.
@Marita ^
My first didn't sleep all the way through until 9 months before then she woke up anywhere from every 30 mins to 4 hours but would occasionally give me a longer stretch
