Cramping?
Between 9-10 weeks pregnant - anyone else having cramping almost like period and lower back ache? A little freaked out!

It’s so strange and concerning! Literally feels like I’m going to start my period any minute! Did you take paracetomal to help? Xx @Amber Elliott-Jenkins
Yeah I know what you mean! It’s just your uterus expanding! No I didn’t but I’m a bit anti medication but it won’t do any harm if you need to take some but don’t take ibuprofen xx
It’s normal! I’ve had this on and off throughout my pregnancy (27 weeks) it’s just because you’re uterus is growing. I occasionally take paracetamol if it’s distracting me
Iv had them a lot this week and I’m 8+5, Seen midwife today and she said it’s normal! Xxx
