Is this normal ?

Going to try and keep this short as possible. My baby has been trying to get her left foot for weeks, she finally did it a few days ago, but she’s just not interested in the right foot. She looks at it a couple times, but not bothered by it, she puts her hand on her right knee but that’s as far as it goes or even tries. She can get both feet when she’s in a sitting position and kicks both legs and using them both when I stand her up on me. She’s reaches for toys with both hands too and reaches out to the cat with her right hand , sometimes she has her thumb tucked in on her right hand but that’s opening up more to grab things so not worried about that, I’m just here like is it normal to only go for one foot and not bothered about the other? Last baby was nearly 7 years ago so I cannot remember!

Mine isn't grabbing his feet yet at all

Mine isn’t either @Samantha still much more interested in his hands

I’m just worried cus normally I swear they find both feet together and I haven’t seen someone before saying only one foot and not bothered about the other. Then you google don’t you and then I was reading stuff about cerebral palsy 😭

My girl is only interested in her right hand. She looks at the left but the right tastes better. Little interest in her feet yet 🤷🏼‍♀️

My little girl was obsessed with her left foot for about 2 weeks before she found her right. Can’t get either out her mouth now

@Katie it’s been about 3 weeks! But she only just got her left foot a couple days so maybe it will be the same! I mean she puts them both up in the air and what not!

I would try not to worry, my little girl was only interested in her left foot for weeks before finding her right and now always has one on each hand - happy baby pose!

@Megan I swear these kids do one little thing and then we worry haha! That’s really good to know! Thank you for that!

My boy is almost 5 months and loves both feet but he definitely had a preference for one of them to begin with. He'll also only put his right hand in his mouth so I wouldn't worry
