Has anyone ever successfully relactated? I was bf my son until he was around 4 weeks old and then stopped but I regret it so much. Do you think it’s possible to relactate even if I’ve had a period since? My son is now 8 weeks old

I was considering this and read that pumping 8-10 times a day helps
Speak to health vistor then can often put you in touch with breast support who can prescribe medication to help you lactate again
