The big “U” shaped pregnancy pillow saved me. I got one off Amazon for like $30-40. I would wedge the side that was behind me under my back some (for support and to prevent me from rolling to my back constantly), and put the side in front of my between my legs and kind of hugged it. And I would rotate to my other side when I would wake up during the night, so one hip wouldn’t get toooo sore. As my belly got bigger, I sort of wedged the side of the pillow in front of my body under my belly some too for support. Hopefully this makes sense!
I'm honestly the same only thing I suggest is just changing sides when/if u wake up throughout the night
I was the same and I got to the point closer to the end of my pregnancy where I knew I would spend the first half of the night in bed until it got too uncomfortable then I would go downstairs and sleep on the sofa kinda sitting up 😂
Try sleeping more upright. Use pillows or a recliner if you have one. I had to sleep upright because I couldn't breath. And towards the end I was in such pain on my sides even while more uptight I couldn't manage to sleep on the side. You'll needs loads of pillows. Xx
