My consultant said no exercise other than walking or swimming as you can risk an ovarian torsion!
I just did walking and yoga but I think it’s safe to do most gentle exercises up until egg collection.
I excerised with yoga and walking until I was about half way through the stims, after that I got quite uncomfortable so slowed up n mostly relaxed. 3days before I was really sore so didn’t do a lot 😂 x
