Sleep however feels comfortable for you. Just take your time sitting up and use your arms so you don’t pull on the wound x

Yeh I’ve slept on my side since around 3 days after my C-section. Nobody ever told me otherwise and touch wood I’ve had no issues x

Sleeping on my sides were super uncomfortable for me the first couple weeks. Could only sleep flat on my back or propped up against a pillow

I’m 8 days post surgery and I have been sleeping on my side after the first couple of nights

I’m 3 weeks post op and am enjoying sleeping on my back but forget to use my arms to get out of bed especially with having to check baby in the night
