and yes i know easier than said but that’s honestly what only worked for me, at one point i was living off slushys and strawberries
I drank a lot of ice water, saltine crackers, yogurt, keva juice smoothies added protein, apples, chicken noodle soup, fruit and were my main things for a while.
i had to find the few things i could tolerate… which was grapes & yogurt
I’m glad it’s not just me. I don’t have any aversions to food, I just don’t have an appetite for anything.
Mashed potatoes is the only thing I want!
i had the same thing! you just have to find something that doesn’t sound gross to you
