Ebf are very good at determining if they're hungry or not

If they are have 6 or more wet diapers a day that’s what my doctor told me

They will cry if they’re hungry still and still look for boob

You’ll know. A hungry baby will not stop crying. At appointments other weight gain is on track and increasing and she’s soiling multiple diapers.

For weight, you can weigh yourself holding her and not holding her. The difference is her weight.

@Mee I’m glad I’m not the only one that does this. I always feel so silly 😂

I feel the same way!! Then I get all scared and give her 2 ounces of formula and she won’t even drink it so I know I’m just being paranoid but I have it just in case for when I’m feeling crazy!! I honestly feel like my 6 month old has slowed down on eating on the breast a lot which also makes me nervous but it’s got to be because we are starting solids hang in there and just try not to stress this thread was a good reminder for me not too!!
