Overtired?

So my newborn literally hasn’t slept for more than 15 minutes in 4 hours. She’ll wake up and be hungry so I’ll change her, feed her, burp her, and then try to transfer her to the crib and that’s when she always wakes up and usually the pacifier will soothe her back asleep but she keeps pushing it back out and throwing a fit. I don’t know what to do atp. I even tried letting her sleep on my chest but she woke up after 10 minutes. She is having congestion so I’m thinking maybe that could be part of it but she’s only 3 weeks old so I don’t end think it’s safe to give her medicine. Any advice?

Try changing the set up for the baby and you, this happened with my new born when we brought him back home from the hospital. Since I had help at home and no isolate set up for the baby, he wasn't able to focus and sleep. So I tried changing the entire set up from lighting to sheets, scent of the room to the temperature of the room . You cannot give medicines at this stage, so if you can, you can put them on your shoulder and try to walk for a bit. The light motion and jolt will always make mine fall asleep even when he was wide awake. Give it a try ⭐

Have you tried suctioning her nose? Is she sick? It sounds like she might be having acid reflux

Please do steamy baths and also use a baby Vicks on her nose and chest and feet. She probably keeps waking up cause she’s congested . Also keep A humidifier on if possible and just a lot of hot steamy baths
