Sleeping Through the Night

My LO is 3 1/2 months and the past 2 weeks he has started sleeping through the night. 9pm to anywhere between 6-7am. I exclusively pump and bottle feed. Does anyone else dream feed their baby at this age when they sleep through the night?

My 3month old sleeps through the night as well I breast feed throughout the day then pump and bottle feed usually at night. And he will sleep from 10:30pm- 8-9am. I don’t dream feed mainly cuz I don’t know how lol but he’s been sleeping through the night since he was 1 month old so I’ve just let him!

I've been letting him sleep but a friend suggested a dream feed in the middle of the night since I'm up anyways pumping, thinking he will be full to sleep in a lil longer in the morning. But im worried he won't go back to sleep right away at like 2am or worse he won't burp from me because he's falling asleep from being so tired lol

My son just hit 3 months and I let him sleep all night without a feeding. Once he’s hungry, he’ll wake up. He’s not struggling to gain weight either. He’s got rolls on rolls even with sleeping through the night. I started a sleep schedule at 1 1/2 months cause I needed sleep bad. Your son will wake up if he’s hungry! I say let him sleep. Just be prepared for smaller naps and more feeds during the day to catch up on food it all. Plus they are growing and need that sleep.

My son also wakes up about 4-6am, I feed, then he falls back asleep until 10-12 so I can sleep a little more if that helps too. He falls asleep quickly too. I wouldn’t push it for him to sleep in longer with a quick feed at 2am in case he does take a little longer to fall back asleep. If I’m still up at midnight, sometimes I’ll feed him quickly, then back to bed but only extends his sleep an extra 2 hrs or so in the morning. You can give that a try?

I would dream feed only if LO isn’t gaining enough weight.
